45th Anniversary Reunion Is Now History!
The day started out with light rain that escalated to a torrential downpour, forcing the implementation of "Plan B". Picnic tables were moved inside and dried off before the guests began to arrive. The rain turned out to be a blessing in disguise as, after it stopped, the rest of the day was fairly cool with relatively low humidity, making for a very comfortable afternoon.
The pig was roasted to perfection and with the baked potatoes, beans and great dishes everyone brought, it was nearly impossible to sample everything. If anyone went home hungry, it was their own fault.
It was great to see all of you again! I hope everyone found the afternoon as enjoyable as I did. For those unable to attend, rest assured you were missed and that you missed a good time! Many said they couldn't wait to do it again.

It was a great reunion...probably one of the best...thanks to Erv and Robin for all of their hard work. The rain didn't damper the event at all....looking forward to next year's Corn Festival and our "50th"!!!!!!! Yikes
