- After 30 years with United Airlines, I retired in July of 2004. But....since I still had a son to get through college, I decided to try a career in Finance. Yup...hit the books and got my Securities and Ohio Life and Health Licenses. I tried the Financial Advisor role with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and with Chase Bank but hated the "sales" route. I've settled at Ohio Deferred Compensation as an Account Executive administrating their 457b plan. This will be a good place to retire!

Andy will be 22. He graduates from Ohio University in June with a degree in Communications/Video Production. He's a wiz behind a camera and already has a feature length movie as director of photography for his resume. He's currently shooting Ohio University's new TV commercials and teaching a lighting class.
