Anyone with access to the internet can view any information that
you put on your page. If you want to share personal information, it
is a good idea to do that in a private message. You can change your
privacy settings so that only Network members (or only Friends) can
view your page, but this will block classmates who may choose not
to sign up for a membership from viewing your page, as well.

Many computers come with image-editing software now capable of
cropping (Preview for the Mac, Paint for Windows) and there are
also web-based solutions. EasyCropper offers a fairly
easy-to-use cropping system. You can upload an image you want to
crop, set your desired size and EasyCropper will do the rest.
Another free online tool is Piknik, which allows you to adjust
colors, fix redeye and sharpen images in addition to cropping.
